Father's Day 2018
Due to the success of an earlier event for a Mother’s Day event Aryan Benevolent Home (ABH) in Chatsworth, the Seva Bhakti Foundation (SBF) members found it fitting to spoil the men at ABH for Father’s Day. Once again the support from the community was overwhelming, and SBF were able to provide hampers for the men at the Aryan Benevolent Dayanand Garden Home as well as the Aryan Benevolent West Sun (Salligram) Home For The Aged at Montford, Chatsworth. There were additional hampers that were dropped off at The Elders home in Athlone Park, Amanzimtoti.
On June 16th 2018; members of the SBF as well as caring volunteers provided tea, coffee and snack to members of the Aryan Benevolent Dayanand Garden Home. This included the ladies as well. Shortly after tea, the hampers were handed out and delivered to the men of the home. The members and volunteers then proceeded to the Salligram home, to deliver the hampers to the men of that home. The men were really appreciative of the hampers that they had received.
Seva Bhakti Foundation would like to thank each and every person who provided items and cash towards the hampers as well as their time in ensuring another successful event. A big thank you goes out to Lorraine Naidoo and family, for their generous contribution.
